Roberts’ plant at 3805 South Emanuel Cleaver Boulevard is the only full-line fluid dairy located in Kansas City. The site has built a legacy of providing top-quality dairy products to customers 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.

Milk at this plant is supplied by local Kansas and Missouri farmers. It is pasteurized, homogenized, then bottled fresh for customers. The plant also bottles Roberts’ 16-oz. To Go Drinks in a variety of milks and fruit flavors.

Before Roberts became Kansas City’s hometown dairy, the former Fairmont^® Dairy joined Zarda^® Dairy resulting in the Fairmont-Zarda Dairy. In 1998, Fairmont-Zarda Dairy teamed with Roberts Dairy and adopted the Roberts name.
