Butter Creations
Listed below are directions for shaping butter in several attractive ways. You may wish to prepare butter creations from Fancy Butters for an extra-special touch.
Butter Curls

Draw a butter curler across a 1/4 pound stick of Roberts Butter. Drop each curl into ice water to chill. (Allow several butter curls for each serving.)
Butter Balls

Place grooved butter paddles in ice water to chill about 1 hour before making butter balls. Cut a 1/4 pound stick of Roberts Butter in 6 to 8 equal portions and place in ice water. For each ball, place a portion of butter on the grooved side of one paddle. Using the second paddle, grooved side down, work paddles in a rolling motion until a ball is formed. Drop ball into ice water and repeat with remaining butter. Chill thoroughly before serving. If butter becomes difficult to work with, chill in ice water a few minutes.
Butter Molds
Chill butter mold in ice water about 1 hour. Pull plunger up and force firm Roberts Butter into mold. Invert mold and press plunger down firmly. Drop each portion into ice water.
