Clarabelle hits the road teaching families to get fit
Hi, I’m Clarabelle, the Roberts Dairy cow, and I’m really getting a workout as I hit the road in celebration of June Dairy Month. I want to teach kids and parents about the importance of including milk and dairy as a part of a healthy, balanced lifestyle.
Throughout the summer, I’ll be visiting events in eastern Iowa to spread the word about the health benefits of dairy. I hope you’ll come to visit me and bring your entire family to all these great, fun-filled events. Stop by, refuel and sample Roberts Dairy products. Plus, get your photo taken with me, Clarabelle. I can’t wait to meet you!

My Secret For Maintaining a Healthy Weight

As I get ready to hit the road to celebrate June Dairy Month, I started thinking about how difficult it can be to maintain a healthy weight while traveling. When I’m away from home pasture, it can be hard to stay away from the drive-thrus and vending machines. One of the messages I look forward to sharing with people during my June Dairy Month stops is to focus on eating healthier now instead of dieting to lose weight later. read more »
