Roberts Dairy Photo Submission Contest Official Sweepstakes Rules

1.) No purchase necessary. A purchase will not increase your chances of winning.

2.) To enter, complete the official online entry form and upload your image(s) or legibly hand-print your name, address and telephone number on a 3” x 5” card and send to Roberts Dairy along with the photo(s) you wish to submit. Please note photographs will not be returned. Customers may enter one time, per day, during the contest duration. Mail your entry to: Roberts Dairy, “Photo Submission Contest,” PO Box 3825, Omaha, NE 68103-0825. To enter online, visit: www.robertsdairy.com. Roberts Dairy is the Sponsor of the Sweepstakes. Limited to one entry per person, per day, mailed and postmarked by September 30th. Electronic entries must be submitted by 11:59 PM (CST), September 30th, 2009 and limited to one entry per person. Partially completed entries will not be accepted.

3.) Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of Nebraska, Iowa, Kansas and Missouri, except employees of Roberts Dairy, its affiliates, subsidiaries, respective advertising, promotion and fulfillment agencies, and the immediate families of each. Sweepstakes is void where prohibited by law. Odds of winning depend on number of eligible entries received.

4.) Winners will be randomly drawn on or about October 1, 2009 by Roberts Dairy, whose decision is final. Except where prohibited, by accepting prize, winner consents to the use of his/her name by Roberts for publicity purposes without further compensation. Winners will be notified by phone and/or email and will be required to sign and return an affidavit of eligibility and liability release within fourteen (14) days of notification, or the prize will be forfeited and awarded to an alternate winner. Sponsor will make reasonable efforts to contact the winner but if the winner cannot be contacted, an alternate winner will be selected.

5.) Prize winners will be drawn randomly and will receive one of the following: coupon(s) free dairy products, 100th Anniversary mugs and caps or Roberts Dairy T-Shirts. Winners will be recognized on the Roberts Dairy website, identified by first name and last initial. Approximate retail value of the Roberts prizes not to exceed $25.00.

6.) Sponsor is not responsible for lost, stolen, incomplete, damaged, late, misdirected transmissions; for failed, or partially garbled computer transmissions, or for technical failures of any kind, including but not limited to electronic malfunction or damage to any network, hardware or software. If the Internet portion of the program is not capable of running as planned for any reason, including tampering, computer virus, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures or any other causes beyond the control of Sponsor which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of the Sweepstakes, Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, modify or suspend the Sweepstakes. Sponsor is not responsible for any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines, computer on-line systems, servers or providers, computer equipment, software, failure of any e-mail or entry to be received by Sponsor on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any website, or any combination thereof, including any injury or damage to participant’s or any other person’s computer related to or resulting from participation in this Sweepstakes. Any attempt by any person to deliberately damage any website or undermine legitimate operation of the game is a violation of criminal and civil laws and should such an attempt be made, Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify and seek damages from any such individual to the fullest extent permitted by law.

7.) Taxes on prizes are the responsibility of the winner. By accepting prizes, winners agree that Roberts and their respective officers, directors, agents and employees will have no liability or responsibility for any injuries or damages of any kind resulting from the acceptance, possession or use of any prize and they will be held harmless against any claims of liability arising directly or indirectly from the prize.
