The Hiland-Roberts Ice Cream Company in Norfolk is the site of Nebraska’s only active ice cream production facility. We produce almost 10 million gallons of ice cream and frozen dessert products annually. Package sizes range from 3-gallon cans for ice cream dipping shoppes to 10-ounce malt cups for street vending and convenience stores.
