Abalone Salad Supreme

Ingredients

1 can (5 1/4 ounce) cubed abalone
1 cup thinly sliced celery
1/4 cup sliced green onion (tops included)
6 radishes, thinly sliced
1/2 cup diced green pepper
1/4 cup chopped pimento
8 pimento-stuffed olives, sliced
1/2 cup mayonnaise 6 lettuce cups
3 Roberts Eggs, hard-cooked and sliced.

Preparation

Mix together first 8 ingredients, stirring until well-blended. Arrange lettuce cups on individual salad plates and fill with abalone salad. Garnish with hard-cooked egg slices.

Yield: 6 servings
