Alaska Hash

Ingredients
5 medium potatoes, quartered
1 large onion, quartered
2 tablespoons Roberts Butter
2 cups chopped cooked Sammy Steer Corned Beef Brisket
salt and pepper to taste
3 tablespoons dark brown sugar
1/4 cup catsup
1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
1 tablespoon dry mustard
Preparation
In a saucepan, cook potatoes in small amount of water until nearly done; add onion and cook for 10 minutes longer, or until tender. Drain, reserving 1 tablespoon liquid in saucepan. Add butter, chopped corned beef, salt, pepper and potato mixture to liquid in saucepan; mash and whip with hand beater. Place in a buttered 8 x 8 x 2 inch baking dish. Mix together brown sugar, catsup, nutmeg and dry mustard; pour over hash. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes.
