Ambrosia Fruit Salad

Ingredients

1 cup diced fresh orange
1 cup drained pineapple tidbits
1 cup miniature marshmallows
1 cup shredded coconut
1 cup Roberts Sour Cream

Preparation

Fold fruits, marshmallows and coconut into sour cream. Chill at least 6 hours or overnight. Serve cold.

Notes:

Many fruit salads can serve double-duty as a dessert--be imaginative!
