Anchovy Butter

Ingredients

1/2 cup Roberts Butter
8-10 anchovies

Preparation

Cream butter. Mash anchovies; blend into creamed butter. Beat until very smooth. Use for egg, fish, seafood or cheese sandwiches and as a canape spread.

Yield: 1/2 cup
