Anchovy Crescents

Ingredients

3 ounces cream cheese
1/2 cup Roberts Butter
1 cup flour
1 tube anchovy paste

Preparation

Soften cream cheese with butter; add flour. Stir to make a smooth dough. Chill. Roll on floured surface 1/8 inch thick. Cut into rounds with 1 1/2 inch cutter. Squeeze about 1/4 teaspoon anchovy paste on each round. Fold over and press together, shaping to make crescent. Bake at 375° for 12 to 15 minutes.

Yield: 1 1/2 dozen
