Appetizer Swirls

Ingredients

1 cup Roberts Sour Cream
1/4 cup finely chopped sweet red pepper
1 tablespoon dill weed
1 teaspoon onion powder
8 slices thin Swiss cheese
8 slices cooked ham
4 soft shell flour tortillas, taco size

Preparation

In a small bowl, mix chopped red pepper, sour cream, dill and onion powder. Spread about 1/4 cup of the mixture evenly over each tortilla. Top each with 2 slices of cheese and then with 2 ham slices. Roll tortillas up tightly and refrigerate. To keep tortillas closed, keep bottom side down or use a tooth pick on each one. Refrigerate at least 30 minutes, then cut each tortilla into 1 inch slices and arrange on platter.
