Apple Betty

Ingredients

24 graham crackers, crushed
1/4 cup brown sugar
1/3 cup Roberts Butter, melted
1 teaspoon grated lemon rind
3 cups sliced pared apples
1/4 cup Roberts Orange Juice
2 tablespoons lemon juice
Spice Topping

Preparation

Blend graham cracker crumbs, brown sugar, butter and lemon rind together well. In a 1 1/2 quart baking dish, alternate layers of graham cracker crumbs and sliced apples, beginning and ending with graham cracker crumbs. Mix orange juice and lemon juice together and drizzle over the top layer. Bake at 375° for 30 to 40 minutes, or until apples are tender. Serve with Spice Topping.
