Apple Cake Supreme

Ingredients

4 cups diced apples
2 cups sugar
1/2 cup Roberts Butter, melted
2 Roberts Eggs
2 tablespoons vanilla extract
2 cups flour, sifted
2 teaspoons baking soda
1 teaspoon salt
2 teaspoons cinnamon

Preparation

Mix diced apples, sugar and melted butter together well. In a separate bowl, stir together eggs and vanilla extract; add to the diced apple mixture. Sift together remaining ingredients; gradually add to apple mixture, blending thoroughly. Pour batter into a buttered and floured 9 x 13 x 2 inch baking pan. Bake at 350û for 1 hour, or until a wooden pick inserted in center tests clean. If desired, frost with Confectioner's Frosting, substituting coffee for the milk.
