Apple Crisp

Ingredients

1 3/4 cups brown sugar
1/2 cup Roberts Instant Nonfat Dry Milk
3/4 cup flour
3/4 cup quick-cooking rolled oats
1 teaspoon cinnamon
2/3 cup Roberts Butter or Margarine
6 cups sliced pared tart apples

Preparation

Combine brown sugar, dry milk, flour, rolled oats, and cinnamon. Melt butter or margarine and pour over brown sugar mixture, mixing well. Place sliced apples in a lightly buttered 8 x 8 x 2 inch baking pan; cover with brown sugar mixture. Bake at 375° for 30 to 35 minutes, or until apples are tender and topping is golden brown.
