Apple Foam

Ingredients

1 quart (4 cups) apple juice
1 cup cranberry juice cocktail
1 Roberts Egg White
2 tablespoons sugar
nutmeg

Preparation

Combine chilled apple juice and cranberry juice cocktail; mix well. Divide among tall glasses. Beat egg white until stiff, adding sugar while beating. Top each glass with a spoonful of sweetened egg white. Sprinkle with nutmeg.

Yield: about 1 1/4 quarts
