Apple Juice Pork Chops
Ingredients
1 T vegetable oil
1/2 cup Roberts Apple Juice
1 T lemon juice
1 tsp. minced garlic
2 T Dijon mustard
2 T honey
1 T dried parsley
1 tsp. celery seed (optional)
ground black pepper (to taste)
2 lbs. boneless pork chops
1/3 cup all-purpose flour
1/3 cup Roberts Milk
Preparation
Heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Stir in apple and lemon juices. Mix in garlic, mustard and honey. Season with parsley, celery seed and pepper. Cook and stir until blended.
Place pork chops in skillet and coat with apple juice mixture. Cook 20 minutes or to internal temperature of 160 degrees F. Remove chops from heat and set aside.
Mix milk and flour in small bowl. Stir into skillet, blending with remaining apple juice mixture. Simmer and stir occasionally until thickened. Serve over chops.
