Apple-Raisin Dressing

Ingredients

1 cup raisins
1 cup chopped onion
1 clove garlic, chopped
1 cup chopped celery
3/4 cup Roberts Butter
7 cups soft bread crumbs
1/4 cup finely chopped parsley
1 1/2 teaspoons salt
1/4 teaspoon paprika
3 cups diced tart apples

Preparation

Saute onion, garlic and celery in butter 3 minutes, or until limp. Drain raisins; mix with bread crumbs. Add remaining ingredients. Use with pork, turkey or duck.

Yield: about 12 cups
