Ingredients

1/2 cup apple juice
2 scoops Roberts Peach Ice Cream
1/2 cup sparkling water
garnish with fresh mint sprigs

Preparation

Place flavoring and 1 small scoop ice cream in glass. Blend well; add about 1/2 cup sparkling water and stir slightly. Top with a large scoop of ice cream and add sparkling water to fill glass.

Yield: 1 serving
