Applesauce Muffins

Ingredients

2 cups buttermilk baking mix
1/4 cup sugar
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1/2 cup sweetened applesauce
1/4 cup Roberts Milk
1 Roberts Egg, slightly beaten
2 tablespoons Roberts Butter, melted

Preparation

Combine buttermilk baking mix, sugar and cinnamon. Blend in applesauce, milk, egg and melted butter; stir just until mixed. Bake in buttered muffin cups at 400° for 20 minutes, or until nicely browned. Brush tops with additional melted butter and sprinkle with additional sugar and cinnamon.

Yield: 1 dozen
