Apricot Butter

Ingredients

1 cup Roberts Butter
2/3 cup apricot preserves
1 teaspoon grated orange rind

Preparation

Cream butter. Whip apricot preserves. Stir in grated orange rind and blend apricot preserves into butter.

Yield: 1 2/3 Cups
