Apricot Grilled Pork Ribs

Ingredients
3-4 pounds pork back ribs
1/2 cup apricot preserves
2 teaspoons prepared mustard
1 1/2 tablespoons lemon juice
2 teaspoons salt
1/8 teaspoon pepper
Preparation
Cut ribs into serving-size pieces; place on grill over hot coals, rib ends down, about 5 inches from heat. Grill for 1 1/2 to 2 hours, turning often to brown evenly. Combine remaining ingredients and mix well. Brush back ribs frequently with apricot sauce during last half hour of cooking time.
Yield: 3 to 4 servings
