Apricot-Pineapple Dessert

Ingredients

1 package (3 ounce) apricot JELL-O
1 can (8 ounce) crushed pineapple

1 cup Roberts Buttermilk
1 cup Cool Whip (more if desired)

Preparation

Heat the crushed pineapple with juice in the microwave until hot. Add dry apricot JELL-O. Stir. Refrigerate. When slightly jelled, add buttermilk. Refrigerate. When slightly jelled, add Cool Whip.
