Apricot Pudding

Ingredients

1 3/4 c. Robert's Skim Milk
1 small pkg. of instant vanilla pudding mix
1/4 c. apricot preserves
4 custard cups or paper cups in Holiday theme , if wanted

Preparation

Put the milk and preserves in the blender and add the pudding mix. Blend until smooth and pour this equally into the four cups and let stand in the refrigerator until set.
