Avocado Dip

Ingredients

2 large ripe avocados, peeled and pits removed
I carton (16 ounces) Roberts Sour Cream
3 green onions, chopped
2 medium tomatoes, chopped
1 1/2 tablespoons lime juice
few drops Tabasco or other hot sauce

Preparation

Cut avocados into pieces and place in a food processor with sour cream, onions, tomatoes, lime juice and hot sauce. Process until smooth. Chill thoroughly before serving. Delicious served with crackers, chips or veggies.
