Bacon Butter

Ingredients

1/2 cup Roberts Butter
3/4 teaspoon prepared mustard
4 slices bacon

Preparation

Soften butter; add prepared mustard. Cook bacon until crisp; blot excess grease and crumble fine. Stir bacon into butter. Excellent on hot breads and rolls, as a sandwich spread and especially on hot vegetables such as corn and baked potatoes.

Yield: 1/2 cup
