Bacon-Noodle Medley

Ingredients

4 cups uncooked noodles
6 slices bacon
1 cup Roberts Cottage Cheese
1/2 teaspoon seasoned salt

Preparation

Cook noodles according to package directions; drain. Fry bacon and reserve 2 tablespoons bacon drippings. Chop bacon; combine with bacon drippings, cottage cheese and salt; add to noodles. Mix well and return to heat; cook until cottage cheese melts. Serve immediately.
