Bacon Wrap-Ups

Ingredients
12 slices bacon
24 water chestnuts, drained
or 24 giant pimento-stuffed olives
or 24 pineapple chunks
or 24 small onions (canned)
1 3/4 cups brown sugar
Preparation
Cut bacon slices in half. Wrap each slice around chestnuts, olives, pineapple chunks or cocktail onions. Coat with brown sugar. Bake at 375° for 10 minutes, or until crisp.
Yield: 2 dozen
