Ingredients
2 1/2 pounds beef round steak
1 can (10 3/4 ounce) cream of mushroom soup
1 can (10 1/2 ounce) onion soup
1/4 cup sherry
1 can (8 ounce) sliced mushrooms, drained
2 cups Roberts Sour Cream
5-6 cups hot cooked rice or noodles
Preparation
Cut round steak into bite-size pieces. Mix together with all ingredients except sour cream. Bake, covered, in a 3 quart baking dish at 325 for 3 hours. Add sour cream about 15 minutes before serving. Serve over rice or noodles.
