Ingredients
6 Roberts Eggs, separated
1 1/2 cups Roberts Cottage Cheese
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon thyme
1/8 teaspoon pepper
Preparation
Place egg yolks and cottage cheese in a blender and process until smooth; add spices and set aside. Beat egg whites until stiff. Gradually fold cheese mixture into egg whites. Pour into a buttered 2 quart baking dish. Bake at 320 for 40 to 45 minutes. Serve immediately.
