Banana-Nut Bread

Ingredients

2 bananas, mashed
3 tablespoons Roberts Milk
2 Roberts Eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 cup Roberts Butter, melted
2 cups flour
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1 cup sugar
1 cup chopped nuts

Preparation

Combine mashed banana, milk, eggs, vanilla extract and melted butter. Sift dry ingredients together; add sugar and half of banana mixture and beat until smooth. Add remaining banana mixture and continue beating until smooth and well-blended; stir in nuts. Pour mixture into a buttered 8 x 4 x 3 inch loaf pan. Bake at 350° for 1 hour, or until a wooden pick inserted in center tests clean. Store in tightly covered container.
