Basic Pasta

Ingredients
1 tablespoon salt
3 quarts (12 cups) water
4-5 cups uncooked pasta
2 tablespoons Roberts Margarine or Butter, melted
Preparation
In a 4 quart saucepan, combine salt and water; bring to a rapid boil. Add pasta gradually to water so water continues to boil. Boil, uncovered, stirring occasionally with a fork, for 6 to 10 minutes, or just until tender. Drain through colander or sieve. Rinse with hot water and drain again. Toss with melted margarine or butter.
Yield: 6 to 8 servings
