Beef Parmesan

Ingredients
1 1/2 pounds beef round steak
1/3 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 cup dry bread crumbs
1 Roberts Egg, beaten
1/3 cup Roberts Butter
1 medium onion, minced
1 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1 teaspoon oregano
1/2 teaspoon sugar
1 can (6 ounce) tomato paste
2 cups hot water
8 ounces Mozzarella cheese, grated
Preparation
Cut meat into serving-size pieces. Mix grated Parmesan cheese and bread crumbs together. Dip meat into beaten egg, then into crumbs; brown in butter. Place meat in a shallow baking dish. Brown onion in skillet used for meat; add seasonings, sugar, tomato paste and hot water. Boil 5 minutes. Pour over meat; top with grated Mozzarella cheese. Bake at 325 for 1 hour.
