Berry Good Pancakes

Ingredients

2/3 cup flour 
1 tablespoon sugar        
1 teaspoon baking powder  
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/3 cup Roberts Plain Fat Free Yogurt 
1 tablespoon margarine
1/2 cup Roberts Skim Milk
2 egg whites
1 cup raspberries or strawberries

Preparation

In a large bowl, mix flour, sugar, baking powder and baking soda. In a separate smaller bowl, mix yogurt, margarine, milk and egg. Stir flour mix into liquid until just mixed. Fold in berries. Heat frying pan or griddle that has been coated with oil or margarine or cooking spray. When the griddle is hot, drop about 1/4 cup in each area of the pan or griddle and when it starts to bubble up, use the metal spatula and flip the pancake over and cook it on the other side until brown. You can serve this with jam or syrup or confectionery sugar. Coffee would be good, too.
