Best Corn Casserole

Ingredients

1 can corn
1 can cream corn
1 egg
1 box Jiffy Bread Mix
1 stick Roberts Butter
1 carton (8 ounce) Roberts Dairy Sour Cream
1 package cheddar cheese

Preparation

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Combine all ingredients in one casserole dish -- except cheese. (Butter works better melted.) After all is mixed well, sprinkle the cheese to cover the dish. Put a lid on dish for the first 15 minutes of cooking; then continue to bake for an additional 30 minutes. Make sure the center is done.
