Blue Cheese Ball

Preparation

Beat together 8 ounces softened cream cheese, 1/4 cup crumbled Blue cheese and 1 tablespoon grated onion until smooth. Chill. Shape into ball and wrap in transparent wrap; chill. Roll in chopped parsley just before serving.

Yield: 1 1/4 cups
