Blue Cheese Dressing

Ingredients

1 cup Roberts Cottage Cheese, sieved
3/4 cup crumbled Blue cheese
1/2 cup Roberts Milk
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1/4 teaspoon salt

Preparation

Beat cottage cheese and half of Blue cheese together until smooth. Blend in milk, lemon juice, salt and remaining Blue cheese. Cover and chill. (Keep refrigerated.) Serve on crisp salad greens

Yield: 2 cups
