Blueberry Muffins

Ingredients

2 cups flour
1 tablespoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/3 cup sugar
1 Roberts Egg
1 cup Roberts Milk
1/3 cup Roberts Margarine, melted
1 cup well-drained blueberries

Preparation

Sift together flour, baking powder and salt; sift again. Mix together sugar, egg, milk and melted margarine. Combine mixtures and stir quickly just until moistened. Gently fold drained blueberries into batter. Fill buttered muffin cups two-thirds full and bake at 400° for 20 to 25 minutes, or until nicely browned.

Yield: 1 dozen
