Cookbook

Ingredients

1 bottle (fifth) bourbon
2 cans (15 ounces each) chunk-style pineapple
1 bottle (fifth) white wine
1 bottle (fifth) champagne

Preparation

Pour bourbon over undrained pineapple; allow to stand, covered, in refrigerator at least 6 hours. Mix in chilled white wine and chilled champagne. Serve cold.
