Bourbon Balls

Ingredients

2 1/2 cups vanilla wafer crumbs
2 tablespoons cocoa
1 cup powdered sugar, sifted
1 cup finely chopped pecans
3 tablespoons light corn syrup
1/4 cup bourbon
chocolate confetti

Preparation

Mix together vanilla wafer crumbs, cocoa, powdered sugar and chopped pecans; add corn syrup and bourbon, mixing thoroughly. Form mixture into balls 1 inch in diameter; roll in mixture of additional powdered sugar and chocolate confetti. Store in tightly covered containers and chill at least 24 hours.

Yield: 3 1/2 dozen
