Braunschweiger Canapes

For best results with canapes, spread bases with topping just before serving. Canapes prepared too far in advance can dry out and lose their appeal.

Ingredients

8 ounces Braunschweiger
1/3 cup Roberts Sour Cream
1 tablespoon minced onion
1 tablespoon sweet pickle relish
1 teaspoon prepared mustard
24 canape bases
chopped parsley

Preparation

Mash Braunschweiger with fork. Stir in sour cream, onion, relish and mustard. Spread on wheat or rye bread or crackers. Garnish with chopped parsley.

Yield: 2 dozen
