Broccoli Casserole

Ingredients

1 package (16 ounce) frozen broccoli

3 large eggs
1 1/2 cups Roberts Cottage Cheese
1/4 pound American cheese, cubed

3 tablespoons Roberts Butter
3 tablespoons all-purpose flour

Preparation

Completely thaw frozen broccoli and place in large mixing bowl. Add unbeaten eggs and cottage cheese. Cut American cheese and Roberts Butter into cubes and add to bowl. Add flour and blend well. Turn into a 1.5 quart casserole that's been sprayed with pan spray. Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
