Broiled Coconut Frosting

Ingredients

1 cup Roberts Butter
1 1/2 cups brown sugar
1/2 cup Roberts Half and Half
1 1/2 cups flaked coconut

Preparation

Melt butter in a saucepan; mix in brown sugar, half and half and coconut. Boil for 5 minutes. Spread on warm cake; place under broiler and broil until top is bubbly and lightly browned. Cool before cutting.

Yield: frosting for 1-9 x 13 inch loaf cake
