Broiled Lamb Chops

Ingredients

4-6 lamb chops, cut 1 inch thick
1/2 teaspoon crushed rosemary, marjoram or oregano leaves
salt and pepper to taste

Preparation

Slash outer edge of chops diagonally at 1 inch intervals; place chops on broiler rack and sprinkle with herbs. Broil about 3 inches from heat for 6 minutes on each side, or until browned. Season with salt and pepper after broiling.

Yield: 4 servings
