Brown Butter Frosting

Ingredients

1/4 cup Roberts Butter
2 cups powdered sugar, sifted
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
2-3 tablespoons Roberts Milk

Preparation

Melt butter in a saucepan; cook until deep brown; remove from heat and blend in powdered sugar, vanilla extract and milk. Beat until smooth, adding more or less milk, as desired.

Yield: frosting for 1-9 x 13 inch loaf cake
