Bulgur Pilaf

Ingredients

1 cup uncooked bulgur
1 tablespoon finely chopped onion
2 tablespoons Roberts Butter
2 cups chicken broth
1/2 teaspoon salt
dash pepper
1/2 cup sliced mushrooms

Preparation

Saute bulgur and chopped onion in butter until golden, stirring often. Add chicken broth and seasonings. Cover and bring to a boil. Reduce heat, add mushrooms and simmer 15 minutes.

Yield: 6 servings
