Butterfly Pork Chops

Ingredients

6-8 butterfly pork chops, cut 1-inch thick
2 tablespoons Roberts Butter
salt and pepper to taste
1/4 cup water

Preparation

Brown chops in butter; pour off drippings. Season chops with salt and pepper; add water and cover tightly. Simmer about 45 minutes to 1 hour, or until tender.

Yield: 6 to 8 servings
