Buttermilk Waffles

Ingredients
3 cups sifted flour
2 teaspoons baking powder
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon salt
2 tablespoons sugar
4 Roberts Eggs, separated
3 cups Roberts Buttermilk
3/4 cup Roberts Butter, melted
Preparation
Sift flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt together in a mixing bowl; add sugar. Beat egg yolks slightly; combine with buttermilk and melted butter; stir into dry ingredients, mixing until smooth. Beat egg whites until stiff but not dry; fold carefully into batter. Bake in a preheated waffle baker until golden brown.
Yield: 6 large waffles
