Cabbage in Sour Cream

Ingredients

1/2 cup chopped green pepper
1/2 cup Roberts Butter
6 cups shredded cabbage
1/2 cup Roberts Sour Cream
2 teaspoons sugar
1/2 teaspoon caraway seed
salt and pepper to taste

Preparation

Saute green pepper in butter until tender; add shredded cabbage and cook for 15 minutes, stirring occasionally. Combine sour cream, sugar, caraway seed, salt and pepper; gradually stir into cabbage. Cook just until heated through. Serve immediately.
