Caliente Dip

Ingredients

1 -8oz. container of Trim and Lite Roberts Sour Cream
1/4 tsp. ground red pepper
1 tbsp. fresh or ground cilantro, if fresh, it needs to be washed and chopped
1/4 tsp. garlic powder or 1/4 tsp. of fresh garlic , chopped

Preparation

In a small bowl, mix all the seasonings or spices with the sour cream. Serve this dip next to a large bowl of corn chips or in a bowl made for chips and dip. It can be served with soft drink , margaritas, lemonade or beer. It makes a nice snack for watching the football and basketball games on TV.
