Ingredients

1 carton (8 ounce) Roberts Trim n’ Lite Sour Cream
1/4 teaspoon ground red pepper
1 tablespoon ground cilantro or fresh cilantro, chopped
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder or fresh garlic, chopped

Preparation

In a small bowl, mix all the seasonings or spices with the sour cream. Serve this dip next to a large bowl of corn chips or in a bowl made for chips and dip. It can be served with soft drinks, margaritas, lemonade or beer. It makes a nice snack for watching football and basketball games on TV.
